Tactical Arts Terms and Conditions



We do our best to ship orders to you as fast as possible.  Most orders ship within 2 business days.  All USPS Priority Mail and Express mail orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.  We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail or stolen from your shipping address.  

Product Returns

 Tactical Arts has a simple 90 day return policy.  All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition it was when you received it.
You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date for a refund or store credit. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged, used, or worn.
Please notify us of a return before sending it, and tell us why you would like to return it. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
With the exception of defective items or those damaged during shipping, you are responsible for all shipping charges.


Membership in our ongoing programs assures you access to participate in the classes, events, and other activities associated with your particular membership, described in your membership agreement.  Your active membership reserves your access to participate in those classes, events, and activities and is considered fulfilled whether you attend or not.  
Our ongoing classes are charged by the month.  There are no discounts or refunds for partial months.

Cancellation of Services

 It is your responsibility to notify us if you would like to cancel your membership.  Your ongoing membership will not be terminated if you do not attend classes. You must request that we terminate your membership.  If you decide to cancel a class with an automatic monthly renewal, please notify us by email or phone within 2 business days of the renewal date, so that we have time to make the cancellation before your payment is processed.  If you notified us on time, but the charge is processed before we can cancel your membership, we will send you a complete refund.
