The Tactical Arts Academy of Austin, Texas is looking for a great part time CrossFit coach who can become an integral part of our team and eventually expand into more classes and responsibilities as our continued growth requires.  

OVERVIEW:

BrandonMichael Davis, CEO and Director of Training for Lone Star Tactical & Silent Professionals has put together this special course for members and friends of the Tactical Arts Academy. The course will cover platform profenciency and tactics with carbine rifle and handgun for use in high speed, close quarter scenarios.

We are planning another Movie Night at the Tactical Arts Academy this coming Saturday, October 13, 2012.  We will be watching The Raid: Redemption in the school lounge.  The Raid features Pencak Silat and modern movie SWAT style techniques.  It is produced by the same Indonesian group who made Merantau.

We have all been enjoying the new heavy duty squat racks that arrived last week from Rogue Fitness.  If you have not tried them, you owe it to yourself.  It's a little bit of a workout just setting them up at 120 pounds for the set.  We have 2 sets now for your lifting pleasure.
