Unarmed and Weapons

Our program includes the both the use and defense of firearms, edged weapons, impact weapons, improvised weapons and empty hands as well as tactics for transitioning from one weapon system to another.

Simple and Effective

We use techniques that are easy to learn and can be successfully applied under stress. Many techniques are based on common motor movements. This redundancy allows for faster learning and better performance.

Systematic Approach

Each component of our program has been integrated into a functional system that considers the real needs and demands of defensive tactics. The techniques and methods dovetail allowing for flexibility and adaptation.

Seamless Training

From our warmups to our performance drills, all of our training methods are directed toward reinforcing movement patterns and developing relevant skills.
